Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–5 years of related experience with customer service and relationship-building.
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze, deduce, and solve problems; resolve conflicts effectively.
• Willingness to travel within Massachusetts with a valid MA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage GBFB’s Retail Donation Program serving 400+ donors and 200 Partner Agencies.
• Cultivate relationships with current, lapsed, and prospective donors to increase donations and donor retention.
• Set and monitor donation goals with local donors and develop growth strategies.
• Identify and manage new donor accounts through site visits and outreach.
• Analyze data to identify trends and support informed donation decisions.
• Oversee donor data accuracy in Salesforce CRM and NetSuite.
