Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Rockford, IL is hiring a Clinical Associate Project Manager to support assigned clinical customer projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. You will help manage relationships and ensure regulatory compliance under cGMP and PCI guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience.
• College Level Mathematical Skills.
• Full Professional Proficiency: speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• High Reasoning: solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Complete critical tasks required for clinical production on-time.
• Create project specific documentation including packaging spec, label requests, sample shipment forms, inventories and billing sheets.
• Route documentation for internal and external approval; address stakeholder questions.
• Resolve issues using critical thinking while following cGMP PCI guidelines.
• Support Project Manager and stay up to date on client project status.
• Manage internal receipt and release of materials across teams.
• Submit production schedule requests and monitor for conflicts or delays.
• Participate in weekly customer calls and lead when the Project Manager is absent.
• Publish client-facing agendas/minutes for weekly teleconferences.
