Job summary

PCI TRGR Penn Pharmaceutical Services Ltd in Rockford, IL is seeking a Commercial Associate Project Manager to support designated production scheduling, order fulfillment, and material planning. You will track on-time delivery, manage purchase orders, and assist with ERP-driven forecast and batch documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes collaboration with procurement, quality, and customer teams to maintain schedule integrity and timely shipments

Qualifications

Associate degree and/or 1–3 years related experience.
College level mathematical skills.
Proficient computer skills and ability to use ERP systems.
Strong English communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain customer production schedules; monitor workflow and on-time delivery.
Manage purchase orders and liaise with procurement to expedite or adjust as needed.
Support ERP forecast, order management, and MRP tooling.
Review and approve documentation including batch records and specifications.
Assist with shipment documentation and disposition of obsolete materials when required.
