PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Supervisor, Commercial Production to lead a shift on the 18th Avenue site in Rockford, IL. You will direct daily production activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage staffing, coach staff using defined methods, and own KPIs for your value stream while adhering to cGMP and PCI policies.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree or 1–3 years of related experience.
• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Intermediate computer skills with ability to perform routine data entry and calculations.

Mansioni

• Direct the daily activities of the production floor on their shift, in compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
• Own safety culture on the production floor; drive safety improvements and investigate incidents with root cause analysis.
• Communicate operational challenges and adjust plans to maintain Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and Personnel metrics.
• Plan and coordinate activities with procurement, maintenance, warehouse and quality departments to achieve targets.
• Manage the daily schedule to ensure proper staffing levels, including vacations and holidays.
• Oversee interview/hiring processes and educate/train staff using approved methods.
• Own and drive KPI dashboards for the value stream and facilitate line/shift handoffs.
• Analyze performance of equipment and personnel; develop and execute process-improvement projects.
