Job summary

You will manage communications with stakeholders and assist the Project Manager to deliver a superior client experience.

Responsibilities include preparing project documentation, coordinating with warehouse and production teams, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to cGMP and cGCP standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• College level mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer skills: ability to perform more complex tasks and knowledge of various programs.
• Full professional proficiency: speaking, reading, and writing fluently and accurately.
• High reasoning: ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Complete critical tasks for clinical production with accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Create project-specific documentation (packaging specs, forms, inventories, billing spreadsheets).
• Route documentation for internal/external approvals and address stakeholder questions.
• Adhere to cGMP guidelines and PCI policies; resolve issues with critical thinking.
• Support Project Manager and stay updated on client project status.
