Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Associate Chemist to prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard methods in a regulated lab. The role may involve standing for long periods, handling solvents, glassware and specialized equipment.

You will perform routine analyses, record data, ensure QA/QC, and assist with instrument maintenance, under supervision. Strong English communication and ability to work in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing/speaking is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques and analyze them.
• Perform chemical analysis and evaluate data.
• Record, report data and notify supervisor of unusual results.
• Maintain instruments and keep training records current.
• Ensure QA/QC and follow SOPs in the laboratory.
