About the Role: Associate Business Consultant

As anAssociate Business Consultant,you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding experience for our clients. You’ll work hand-in-hand withConsultants,theDirector of Client Relations,andManaging Partnersto maintain strong client engagement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between clients and our network of attorneys to ensure smooth case progression.
• Proactively & consistently reach out to clients to provide updates and answer inquiries regarding their financial programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and program progress reports.
• Support internal teams by organizing and optimizing client data for strategic decision-making.Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through feedback, insights, and innovative solutions as they arise.

What You Bring:

• Experience in the financial services sector, business consulting or related industries preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with analyzing client data to drive insights and improvements.
• Excellent communication skills—not afraid to write emails or get on the phone.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficient in or able to learn Google Suite, Excel, and Slack.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)
