About the Role: Business Strategist

As aBusiness Strategist, you will play a key role inconnecting with business ownersnationwide, understanding their unique challenges, andproviding innovative financial solutionsto help themovercome debt and achieve long-term success. You will be responsible forbuilding and nurturingclient relationships,meeting daily and monthly performance goals, andmaximizing opportunitieswithin your assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across the country
• Manage a robust client/prospect pipeline to maximize business opportunities
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering empathetic, consultative guidance tailored to each client’s needs
• Achieve daily metrics and monthly targets to drive personal and team success
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support
• Continuously seek opportunities to learn from industry leaders and grow professionally

What You Bring:

• A hunger for success, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow
• Strong active listening skills and an empathetic, consultative approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Experience with Excel and CRM systems is a plus
