Job summary

Safety Insurance in Boston, MA is seeking an Associate Analyst for Billing Operations to join our in-person team five days a week at the downtown Boston office. You will handle a high volume of calls, provide information on billing and payments, and direct callers to the appropriate department.

You will document summaries in our billing system and perform basic maintenance on billing accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable and a proven hard worker.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance on billing accounts as needed.
• Recognize when escalation is required and transfer accordingly.

The Associate Analyst assists the team by answering and directing customer phone calls, resolving issues, and continuing to train to take on advanced tasks.
