Job summary

Safety Insurance is seeking an Insurance Operations Trainee at our Boston, MA office. This role provides training across Personal and Commercial Lines, plus exposure to underwriting processes and related systems.

You will verify policy data, compile information for departments, notify agencies of policy changes, and help process endorsements within required timeframes.

A college degree is required, with strong Excel, Outlook, Word and Access skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Training will be comprised of both policy and system comprehension. Training will also consist of working on projects for various departments. This position will prepare trainees to apply for open positions within Underwriting and Insurance Operations, which includes Personal and Commercial Lines Underwriting, Products and Services, Service Center, Customer Engagement and Billing.
