Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the brand with hospitality and to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will help clients achieve financial goals by sharing product knowledge and solutions and collaborating with the branch team.

Your role involves welcoming clients, educating them on digital banking options, and supporting daily branch operations in a compliant, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, maintaining relationships, and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and managing devices like the cash vault or ATMs, following bank policies.
