Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences, greet clients, and manage lobby flow. You will educate clients on banking products and digital channels while building strong relationships across branch teams.

You will support account servicing, opening new accounts, and perform branch operations with a focus on accuracy and compliant procedures across multiple locations, including travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months Associate Banker experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of Associate Banker experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, adhering to policies.
• Provide coverage to multiple branches with local travel.
