JP Morgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to provide welcoming, personalized service in a branch setting. You will guide clients through everyday banking using Chase’s digital tools and respond to their financial needs with empathy and expertise.

You will collaborate with branch teammates to open new accounts, maintain existing relationships, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations while delivering a superior client experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts in line with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on daily banking transactions and use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling with adherence to bank policies.
