Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic, and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts, while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations, such as managing cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
