Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and assist with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations which may include cash devices while following bank procedures.
