Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach goals.
• Assist in branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies.
