Responsibilities

• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge and solutions.
• Support branch operations and cash handling tasks in line with bank procedures.
