Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Reading and speaking in both English and Spanish fluently is required for this role.
Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment and provide attentive service to branch clients.
Open new accounts and maintain client servicing in compliance with policies and regulations.
Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking and digital channels (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet financial goals.
Support branch operations including cash handling and adherence to bank procedures.
