Job summary

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable background.

• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment, greet clients, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and comply with regulations.
• Educate clients on digital banking, Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships and collaborate with the branch team to achieve goals.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash handling and device usage.
