Jobot is partnering with a top-tier Jacksonville law firm to recruit an Associate Attorney for civil defense litigation. The role requires a J.D., active Florida Bar membership, and at least 2 years of practice, with focus on insurance defense, liability, product, premises, auto, and trucking cases.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar, with a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law.
• Extensive experience in Civil Defense Litigation, particularly in Insurance Defense cases.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of liability, product, premises, auto, and trucking accident laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
