Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal support and advice to clients.
• Draft and review a wide variety of legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, legal memorandums and discovery.

• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop effective legal strategies.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department.

• Prior federal clerkship experience is strongly preferred.
