A boutique plaintiff-employment firm expanding and seeking their next junior level Associate Attorney to join the team in Los Angeles on-site five days per week.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of civil litigation experience is required.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
• California license to practice law in good standing is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support senior lawyers on single-plaintiff labor and employment cases.
• Contribute to case preparation, filings, and discovery work.
• Collaborate with team members and receive mentorship from senior attorneys.
