• Strong legal writing skills with attention to detail.
• Effective oral advocacy and client communication skills.
• Comfortable handling court appearances and depositions/mediations.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of California and federal procedures.
