Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Strong understanding of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to manage demanding caseloads effectively.
• Strong research and legal analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate merits of employment law cases and develop case strategies.
• Provide counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, trials and settlement negotiations.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings.
• Research and analyze employment statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Supervise and direct support staff.
• Maintain professional, courteous relationships with clients and colleagues.
