Position Overview: Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a remote Family Law Associate Attorney to join one of our Bay Area offices (Palo Alto, San Jose, or Oakland). The position is remote but requires residence in California to attend hearings or meet clients in person.
