Job summary

TrueSeek, based in Harrisburg, PA, is expanding its Lemoyne office and seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to handle sophisticated matters with mentorship and long-term stability. The role offers courtroom exposure, client relationships, and a collaborative environment.

Requirements include a PA JD and active PA license; workers' comp experience preferred; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and ProLaw.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-approved law school with an active Pennsylvania license in good standing.
• Pennsylvania workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel and e-document management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of issues while drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and agreements with precision and efficiency.
• Appear at hearings and support motion practice, conferences and trial work alongside senior attorneys.
• Partner with senior attorneys on complex matters while managing client relationships and a supervised caseload.
• Track billable hours consistently while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.

The Lemoyne office is expanding and seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join a growing team handling sophisticated workers' compensation matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who values courtroom exposure, client relationships and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of issues while drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and agreements with precision and efficiency
