Cipriani & Werner P.C. in Lemoyne, PA, seeks a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This in-person role requires handling hearings, depositions, and complex workers’ comp matters with supervision.

You will conduct research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements; manage client relationships; and maintain billable hours in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. PA bar in good standing is required; JD from ABA-approved school preferred.

Competenze

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing.
• PA workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel.
• Familiarity with e-document management software preferred.
• Self-motivated, independent thinker with strong time management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; team player.

The Harrisburg Office in Lemoyne, PA is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney join our growing team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Maintain billable hours as necessary.
• Manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.
• Assist in the representation of clients in motion practice, conferences, and trial when and where necessary.

Position Requirements:

• Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• PA Workers’ Compensation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

This is an in-person position that will include day travel to hearings and depositions. Overnight travel not regularly expected.

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. This position also provides bonuses to those who qualify. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
