Cipriani & Werner P.C. seeks a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney for our Harrisburg office in Lemoyne, PA. You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court with support from senior attorneys.

This in-person role requires strong time management and client‑relations skills. Qualifications include a JD from an ABA‑accredited school and an active PA license; Workers’ Compensation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active PA law license in good standing.
• PA Workers’ Compensation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, ProLaw, Excel.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research and analysis on workers’ compensation issues.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Maintain billable hours as necessary.
• Manage client relationships and caseload with supervision.
• Assist in motion practice, conferences, and trial when needed.
