Cipriani & Werner P.C. in Lemoyne, PA seeks a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to join our Harrisburg office. You will assist clients in workers’ compensation matters, draft pleadings and motions, and appear at hearings with supervision from senior attorneys.

Qualified candidates hold a JD from an ABA-approved school, active PA license, and ideally PA workers’ comp experience. Proficiency in Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management is preferred, with strong time management

The Harrisburg Office in Lemoyne, PA is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney join our growing team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Maintain billable hours as necessary.
• Manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.
• Assist in the representation of clients in motion practice, conferences, and trial when and where necessary.

Position Requirements:

• Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• PA Workers’ Compensation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

This is an in-person position that will include day travel to hearings and depositions. Overnight travel not regularly expected.
