Job summary

Cipriani & Werner P.C. in Lemoyne, PA seeks a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to join our Harrisburg office. You will assist clients in workers’ compensation matters, draft pleadings and motions, and appear at hearings with supervision from senior attorneys.

Qualified candidates hold a JD from an ABA-approved school, active PA license, and ideally PA workers’ comp experience. Proficiency in Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management is preferred, with strong time management

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-approved law school and active license in Pennsylvania.
• PA Workers’ Compensation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on workers’ compensation issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Represent clients in hearings and collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.
