Job Details

Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal matters.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Conducting extensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Working collaboratively with our legal team to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Participating in business development activities to expand our client base.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on litigation.
• Admission to the California (CA) state bar.
• Demonstrated experience with legal research and writing.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using legal research software and other legal technologies.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.
• Proven track record of managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
