Responsibilities

• Own scoped problems end to end: define problem, gather requirements, and drive recommendations.
• Shape features and experiences with a clear point of view, aligning with product leads.
• Build and ship solutions with data, code, and agents as appropriate.
• Run experiments to improve KPIs and synthesize results for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the Growth Operating System by expanding reusable tools.
