Job summary

Red Ventures is seeking a Group AI Product Manager in New York City to lead digital products for our retail energy marketplace, translating partner objectives and strategy into clear roadmaps while guiding AI-native products and agentic workflows that improve marketplace economics.

You will work with senior leaders to define success, own KPI delivery, and deploy solutions with a hands-on, technically fluent leadership style in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of AI/ML products from concept through delivery.
• Influence cross-functional leaders to align priorities and make decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Hands‑on experience with production‑grade AI systems, data pipelines, and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product lead for digital AI/ML products and ensure ROI.
• Turn strategy into actionable workstreams with clear sequencing and resources.
• Own the P&L and overall business impact of initiatives and report ROI.
• Advance the Operating System by deploying agentic workflows and reusable capabilities.
• Develop and mentor 2+ product managers with hands-on support and feedback.
