Job summary

Red Ventures' Growth and Transformation team is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to shape AI/ML-powered digital products that boost customer acquisition, engagement and retention. This hybrid role is based in South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY, with in-office Tue–Thu and optional remote days on Mon and Fri.

You will own the product lifecycle, set KPIs, and partner with engineering and data science to translate client needs into measurable business value, while applying hands-on ML techniques.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with data-related programming (SQL, Python) and building with LLMs or automating processes.
• You can turn client needs into a clear product vision and measure impact.
• Experience leading product development and implementing ML/AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day lead on strategic AI/ML initiatives aligned with objectives.
• Own the product lifecycle from business case to long-term optimization.
• Partner with engineering and data science to translate goals into deliverables.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and engage senior stakeholders.
