Red Ventures Growth & Transformation seeks an AI Product Manager to design, build, and optimize AI-native products and agentic workflows. You’ll establish workstream strategies, roadmaps, and KPIs while leveraging end-user feedback to decide next steps.

This role requires deep analytical thinking, hands-on data skills, and the ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams with a focus on measurable business value.

Qualifications

• End-to-end involvement across the lifecycle of production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on analytical approach using data and models; deep data fluency.
• Tracking business impact with ROI through AI/ML initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and discovery with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workstreams from concept to delivery, aligning with goals and KPIs.
• Leverage the Growth Operating System with agents and reusable workflows.
• Own product outcomes, define KPIs, and analyze customer interactions for iterations.
• Communicate data-driven narratives to leadership and partners.
• Mentor junior teammates on product, technical, and analytical skills.
