Job summary

Landscape Concepts Management (LCM) in Aurora, IL, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Manager to grow our client portfolio and deliver superior landscape services for more than 900 clients in the Chicago metro area.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, present improvement recommendations within budget, coordinate with the Operations team to resolve issues, and drive renewals and revenue growth across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in landscape industry in account management or similar capacity.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and conflict-management abilities.
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
• Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as a leader.
• Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with LCM clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in presenting recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.
• Manage all customer communication within client portfolio alongside the Account Management team.
• Partner with clients to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
• Learn how to maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Work with the Operations team in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
