Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support strategic account plans and partner with Key Account Managers. Based in Princeton, NJ (3-4 days/week in-office with remote days), you will handle account profiling, contract pull-through, customer engagement, and launch readiness activities across targeted biosimilar and biologic products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, biotechnology, or related commercial roles.
• Experience supporting biologics, biosimilars, immunology, rheumatology, oncology, or specialty products preferred.
• Experience supporting product launches.
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, GPOs, specialty distribution, reimbursement, and market access.
• Knowledge of account profiling and contract pull-through activities.
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced launch environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed account profiles for community-based/large practice networks, infusion centers, and other strategic customers.
• Research and document organizational structures, buying processes, decision makers, formulary pathways, and competitive dynamics.
• Identify opportunities and barriers impacting biosimilar adoption and account growth.
• Provide account intelligence and actionable insights to Corporate Account Managers and commercial leadership.
• Support implementation and pull-through of commercial and GPO contracts across assigned accounts.
• Support launch readiness activities for upcoming biosimilar and biologic product introductions.
• Assist with account-specific launch planning, customer onboarding, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate customer communications related to launch timelines, product availability, contracting, and educational initiatives.
• Manage scheduling, agendas, materials preparation, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions.
