Job summary

Syneos Health’s Associate Account Manager position, based in Princeton, NJ, is a hybrid role (3–4 days in-office, 1 day remote). • Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in pharma/biologics or related commercial role.
• Experience supporting product launches and biosimilars.
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, GPOs, reimbursement, and market access.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed account profiles for community-based/large practice networks and strategic customers.
• Research organizational structures, buying processes, decision makers, formulary pathways, and competition.
• Identify opportunities and barriers impacting biosimilar adoption and account growth.
• Provide account intelligence and actionable insights to leadership.
• Support implementation and pull-through of commercial and GPO contracts across accounts.
• Support launch readiness activities for biosimilar and biologic launches.
• Assist with account onboarding and implementation activities.
• Coordinate communications related to launch timelines, product availability, contracting, and education.
• Manage scheduling, agendas, materials, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions.
