Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a high-performing account management team focused on community networks and infusion centers. You will drive commercial strategy, plan execution, and product access across oncology, rheumatology, and immunology portfolios, with an emphasis on biosimilars and future biologics.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biotech sales, 3–5 years of sales leadership, and ~80% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences sales experience.
• 3–5 years of sales leadership experience in institutional, specialty, biologics, oncology, immunology, rheumatology, or hospital settings.
• Proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience launching products in hospital, specialty, or institutional environments.
• Willingness to travel ~80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management team across community-focused networks, infusion centers, and stakeholders.
• Recruit and hire Key Account Managers for territories.
• Coach and develop team on product knowledge, contracting, market conditions, and brand strategy.
• Design and implement short- and long-term business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
• Drive promotional objectives and strategic account planning to optimize access and utilization.
• Collaborate with market access, marketing, medical affairs, training, and operations to accelerate adoption.
