Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a high-performing team of Key Account Managers and Associate Account Managers across a defined geography, driving launch and commercialization of our portfolio in oncology, rheumatology, and immunology.

You will recruit, coach, and develop field teams, design short- and long-term business plans, and optimize access and adoption while managing budgets and ensuring compliant execution. Travel ~80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in institutional, specialty, or hospital settings.
• Proven success in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen to analyze market dynamics and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management team across community-focused networks and infusion centers.
• Recruit and hire Key Account Managers for designated territories.
• Motivate and direct team with thorough product knowledge, contracting, and market insights.
• Design short and long-term business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
• Achieve promotional objectives through targeted marketing execution.
• Support strategic account planning and access initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to accelerate adoption of therapies.
• Monitor field performance and conduct evaluations; coach as needed.
• Manage regional budgets and ensure ROI.
