Job summary

Spiro is seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales team for exhibit activations on a remote basis in the US. You will partner with Account Executives to manage convention programs, prepare proposals, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of client activations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments, producing marketing materials, and providing on-site support as needed. Travel up to 35% and willingness to work evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of industry experience.
• Convention and Trade show industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with clients internally and externally.
• Travel up to 35%.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and show site.

Responsibilities

• Manage details relative to client's convention program and associated projects; including preparation of contracts and revenue and cost estimating.
• Prepare standard package of marketing materials for presentations, data requests and other special projects as appropriate to retain and grow business.
• Coordinate with all internal departments for show planning and materials for local operations teams.
• Coordinate the production process for all assigned projects and manage projects as needed.
• Attend Job Update Meetings and provide information needed for a successful project; verify work order information with Operations Managers.
• Consolidate and reconcile all work orders.
• Provide on-site support as needed and document show-site notes; assist in post-show reviews.
• Report time weekly and provide timely updates/reports.
