Matthews™ is the fastest-growing commercial real estate company. We seek a Sales Associate with an entrepreneurial mindset to outwork competitors, win business from property owners, and build lasting relationships.

You will complete Matthews™ intensive training, become an expert in CRE analysis/brokerage, and engage 100+ daily cold calls while maintaining detailed CRM records and leveraging our best-in-class tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Must obtain a real estate salesperson license in the state you are located within 120 days of the start date if not already licensed.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a coachable attitude and desire for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Complete Matthews™ intensive training program.
• Reach out to owners of commercial real estate.
• Make 100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners.
• Maintain detailed records on Matthews™ CRM system.
• Leverage Matthews™ tools and resources to win business and build relationships.
• Generate significant revenue and develop long-term client relationships.

A Sales Associate with Matthews™ enjoys the tremendous opportunity to work in a pure meritocracy and generate income directly based on their achievements. This position with Matthews™ is currently available, but only for a select few highly motivated, determined and fearless individuals with an entrepreneur’s mindset. The objective of the Sales Associate is to outwork the competition and leverage Matthews’ best-in-class platform to win business from and build long-term relationships with investment property owners. Associates thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative environment. Working within a team-selling environment, alongside a Regional Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Associate, with primary responsibilities to generate tremendous amounts of revenue and build a career.

• Complete Matthews™ intensive, in-depth training program
• Become an expert in commercial real estate analysis/brokerage
• Relentlessly and proactively reach out to owners of commercial real estate
• Be confident and comfortable with 100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners
• Maintain detailed records of activity on Matthews™ proprietary CRM system
• Utilize the company’s industry-leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
