Job summary

Matthews™ is seeking a Sales Associate to join a fast-growing commercial real estate team in San Diego. The role focuses on outworking competitors, leveraging Matthews’ platform, and building long-term relationships with investment property owners.

You will train intensively, learn commercial real-estate analysis and brokerage, and actively reach out to owners with the support of a Regional Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Associate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Ability to obtain a real estate salesperson license within 120 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Complete Matthews intensive, in-depth training program.
• Become an expert in commercial real-estate analysis/brokerage.
• Relentlessly reach out to owners of commercial real-estate.
• Be confident with 100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners.
• Maintain detailed records of activity on Matthews proprietary CRM system.
• Utilize Matthews industry-leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships.
• Work in a fast-paced, competitive team-selling environment alongside Regional Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Associate.
