Job summary

Life Time is hiring PT-Stretch Specialists to provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping members feel and move better while upholding the Life Time Brand.

You will develop personalized programs, lead sessions with PNF and contract-relax techniques, and promote stretch services. Requires CPT, CPR/AED, and a High School Diploma or GED, with ongoing certification and education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, Hypervolt, and breathing drills.
• Conduct pre-participation screening, medical history reviews, and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Document all aspects of client programming and stay current on credentials.
