Job summary

Life Time seeks a PT-Stretch Specialist to provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping members feel and move better. You will build relationships, deliver safety-focused programs, and support a positive member experience aligned with Life Time standards.

You will lead stretches using PNF/modalities, conduct demos, support safety on the fitness floor, and drive engagement with stretch offerings while pursuing ongoing education and credential upkeep.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Experience delivering assisted stretching and recovery sessions.
• Strong customer service and ability to educate members.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to achieve goals.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch and recovery sessions.
• Promote and sell stretch sessions and other services.
• Document client programming and maintain records.
