Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to partner with the Retreat Director and drive daily operations, guest experience, and team performance at our Overland Park Retreat. The role blends leadership, sales, and hospitality to deliver a 5-star guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit and coach a high-performing team, build effective schedules, and focus on membership-driven sales while upholding our standards of service and culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching, training, and navigating conflict.
• Comfort with computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.
• A self-starter mindset and a passion for people.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Retreat Director to oversee daily operations, revenue goals, and inventory.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Lead front desk training with coaching, role-playing, and membership-focused sales support.
• Build schedules that keep the Retreat humming.
• Set and achieve team and individual goals.
• Create a culture where exceptional guest service is the standard.
• Strengthen guest loyalty by delivering a 5 Star experience every time.

Your Schedule

• 6–8 hour shifts
• Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A mix of day, evening and weekend shifts

What You’ll Be Doing
