Massage Heights in Leawood, KS is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to lead daily operations alongside the Retreat Director, ensuring guest experiences remain outstanding while guiding a motivated team.

The role emphasizes sales, training, scheduling, and building a positive, professional culture with a 5 Star guest experience. This position offers opportunities for advancement within a supportive franchise network.

We’re looking for an Assistant Wellness Director who’s ready to jump in, lead with heart, and help create the kind of guest experience people rave about. You’ll partner closely with the Retreat Director to keep the Retreat running smoothly, the team inspired, and the vibe positive and professional. Your Schedule

• 6–8 hour shifts
• Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A mix of day, evening and weekend shifts

What You’ll Be Doing

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
