Massage Heights is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to support the Wellness Director and help lead a team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy wellness retreat environment.

You'll partner with leadership to meet revenue goals, recruit and train staff, and ensure smooth front desk operations while maintaining a culture focused on growth, development, and outstanding guest service.

• 1+ year of sales or retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching, training, and navigating conflict.

Your Schedule

• 6–8 hour shifts


• Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed


• Flexible mix of day and evening shifts

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• 1+ year of sales or retail management experience


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


• Experience coaching, training, and navigating conflict


• Comfortable with computers and standard software


• Basic business math skills


• A self‑starter mindset with a passion for people

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Zenoti or similar spa POS systems


• Familiarity with massage, skincare, or spa environments


• Experience working within a franchise model
