Job summary

Tory Burch LLC seeks an Assistant Supervisor for its Distribution Center to lead teams, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and optimize workflows. You will monitor daily operations, enforce safety and SOPs, and mentor associates to meet service levels and cost targets.

The role requires 2+ years in a distribution environment, leadership experience, and familiarity with automation. This is a hands-on position offering growth within a dynamic, high-volume facility.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years of related experience working in a distribution environment; 6 months+ of leadership experience.
• Prior experience with automation within a distribution environment and experience in a high volume/high value distribution center is a plus.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to identify challenges and problem-solving accordingly in an effective way.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels including management, and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have English proficiency (speaking and understanding).
• Able to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
• Able to actively walk the warehouse floor; and stand for extended periods up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight & Workflow Management: Develop and execute daily plans aligned with SLAs and business goals; manage labor scheduling and resource allocation to meet productivity targets; monitor KPIs and escalate concerns as needed.
• Team Support & Leadership: Provide direct and indirect leadership; manage daily rosters and adjust staffing; motivate performance and ensure SOP compliance; train and cross-train team members.
• Additional Department Specific Requirements: Oversee inventory control, packing, picking & replenishment, receiving, returns, and shipping to support accuracy and efficiency.
• To Land This Role: Ensure safety, quality, and timely fulfillment; collaborate with department leadership to improve workflow; demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving to support operations.
