You will lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes such as user adoption, retention, and product integration while operating in a highly regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience spanning technology, product, strategy, digital transformation, or engineering leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale digital platform or customer experience initiatives.
• Experience operating within highly regulated industries, preferably financial services, retirement, wealth management, insurance, or investment management.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into technology execution.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise technology roadmap aligned with strategic growth across Retirement, Wealth Management, Employee Benefits, and Investment Management.
• Lead the “One Front Door” strategy to create a unified digital experience for B2B and B2C clients.
• Drive AI-native transformation by embedding AI-driven experiences across client lifecycle and platform services.
• Present roadmap recommendations and investment cases to senior leadership and govern roadmaps for business value realization.
